What is RAW honey?

What we call Raw honey is honey that hasn’t been heated to a temperature that would kill all the beneficial enzymes that the honey contains. None of the pollen is deliberately filtered out. We only filter large pieces of wax and other hive bits.

Why is my honey going hard?

Because it’s real, it hasn’t been mixed with anything or cooked. Don’t worry though, it’s still delicious and works just as it should.

Can i make my honey runny again?

You definitely can. Warm the jar up with some warm water, not boiling and the honey will become runny again.

You can send bees in the post?

Oh yes. Sometimes the new post men get a surprise. We’ve been doing this for years, they are in safe hands.

My bees are on the way soon what should i do?

Check your emails. We will have sent you an aftercare guide with instructions on what to do when you’re expecting. If somethings still not clear please send us an email, we love chatting about bees.
